The First Week

It's been nearly a week since the big move. Things are going fairly well, our stuff finally arived yesterday. I found a martial arts club that I think I would like to frequent; it is SMO Muay Thai. I did their free trial class the other night, and it was torture. Halfway through I was ready to quit. However, I stuck it out, and made it through the night. I am, however, incredibly sore today. It has made me realize how out of shape I really am.
I am filling out job applications for two grocery stores... Extra Foods, and Safeway Grocerys. I would much prefer to work at Safeway, despite it's distance from my house. (for those of you who know Steinbach, Extra Foods is on the corner of Main St. and Reimer Ave, while Safeway is off of Highway 12.) Safeway just seems to have a cleaner and friendlier environment.
